Malaysia Trip (Melaka to Genting)

Hello everyone!
So, I'm gonna share about my 7 days sudden trip to Malaysia. I didn't planned any vacation for this year vacay but my mom is going to check up in Melaka and because I never been there my dad ask me to join. then we bought Lion air ticket a week before our departure and started to plan where are we going to. I decided to go to Genting and Kuala Lumpur after Melaka. So here is my holiday :D

Day 1 - Melaka

we arrived at KLIA 2 around 1p.m that actually we should arrived at 12p.m (delayed 1 hour). we rush to the taxi stand to Melaka because we made the appoinment at 3.30pm and it takes about 2hours from KL to Melaka. The Taxi Voucher cost 159RM.
here is some tips for you that plan to go to Melaka from KLIA 2 with low cost, don't buy the taxi voucher like I did, it's better for you to take bus because it costs much cheaper and more comfy to ride bus than ride taxi which is you can't choose the taxi you will ride. So when you gave the taxi voucher to the the man, he will ask to the taxi driver who want to take us. unfortunately, we got a very bad taxi with a high price which is I feel it's not worth it. the taxi is so hot like there's no AC and he drive slowly. after 2 hours long we arrived at Mahkota Hospital after that we ride taxi to our hotel (Euro Rich Hotel) and you know what?! the hotel is really near from the hospital about 10 minutes walk. we didn't go anywhere at Melaka because we only stayed 1 night then we go to Genting but I took some photos.

Menara Timang

find a cool art street on our way to hotel

Day 2 - Genting Highland

we went to Genting directly from Melaka and there's only a few bus have Melaka - Genting routes. Usually the bus take route Melaka - KL - Genting. we booked a taxi from our hotel it cost 350rm. we stayed at Awana Hotel Genting. a lil bit far from First World but there's a free shuttle bus from Awana to First World Hotel. we took a rest and enjoy the view from our room while waiting for the shuttle bus to First World.

The beautiful view from our hotel room

Finally we ride the bus and it took around 30 minutes to First World Hotel. I really enjoy the view I still don't know how they built so many hotel even a theme park on the mountain. we strolling around the shopping mall and it's so huge! just go straight go up or down then you will suddenly on the other building because all the building is connected!
we back to hotel at 10p.m. I love the weather so much! it so cold even when you did't turn on the AC.
the sun has come again and today we planned to go to Chin Swee Temples the famous temple in Genting because it has its own history. Here's some of the picture I took there.

The Giant Buddha Statue
Dewi Kwan Im
Finished to pray and took some picture we wait for the shuttle bus back to First World Hotel. The bus come back every one hour from Chin Swee to First World. We have nothing to do there So, we decided to ride taxi to KL. It took only 45mins from genting to KL by taxi depends on the traffic too.

Tips: in front of the First World Hotel there is a taxi stand just don't book a taxi there. they want  100rm with blue cap and 150rm with innova. Suddenly my dad saw a taxi stops and we just get in. the taxi driver just ask for 80rm. he said the man from the taxi stand usually don't allow them to take passanger but if you found an empty taxi just get in and said you have already booked the taxi.
we ask the taxi driver to stop by our hotel to take our luggage and continue our journey from Genting to KL.

to be continue...
